When supplementing with creatine, the first week is used to achieve maximal muscle saturation, this phase is called loading. Use the following number of servings depending on your body weight for the first seven days:
Up to 155 lbs (70 kg) 2 servings
155-220 lbs (70-100 kg) 3 servings
over 220 lbs (100 kg) 4 servings
After a week of loading creatine level maintenance requires only about half of the previous servings:
Up to 200 lbs (90 kg) 1 serving
over 200 lbs (90 kg) 2 servings
The best times to use TRANS-FX would be in order of importance: right after training, upon awakening on an empty stomach, and 10 minutes before carbohydrate-rich meals. Always drink TRANS-FX by itself first then preferably consume carbohydrate-rich food after a few minutes to drive the absorbed creatine from the bloodstream into your muscles. Do not use TRANS-FX right after meals.
